DELIVERY
- Our delivery process generally takes 1-5 working days. This can vary depending on engraving services, sizing, special instructions, etc.
- If your item has to be ordered from suppliers and we cannot dispatch your order within our usual delivery period, we will contact you to discuss the best options.
- Delivery is free for all orders over €75.00. For orders under €75.00, there will be a delivery charge of €6.00.
RETURNS
- For online orders, we operate a 14-day refund/exchange policy. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- No, cash refunds are not available. Refunds are made through our website via a reverse transaction to the original purchasing card holder.
- For in-store purchases, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
- You can return the item to our specified address by registered post within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Yes, you may return the item(s) in person to our store with the original receipt for a direct exchange, store credit or refund to the original payment method.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings or body piercing jewellery.
- No, our refund policy for online purchases differs from that of in-store purchases. Refunds are exclusive to online orders.
- The transaction may take a few days for your bank to process once the refund has been initiated.
- We advise using registered post for returns, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us.
- Customers would be notified via email once their return has been processed.
