Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
  • For custom-made or personalized items, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

    How to Request an Exchange or Return

    To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these simple steps:

    • Contact Us: Notify our customer care team by emailing info@sangiorgiojewellers.com.au with your order number and reason for the exchange or return.
    • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
    • Shipping Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your item.

        Return Shipping Costs

        • If the return is due to a faulty item or incorrect order, San Giorgio Jewellers will cover the cost of return shipping.
        • For change-of-mind exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

              Exchanges

              If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will dispatch the new item promptly. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

                  Faulty or Damaged Items

                  We stand by the quality of our jewellery. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sangiorgiojewellers.com.au. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will replace or repair the faulty piece at no additional cost to you.
